    Have a question about a product or service? Having an issue with the website? Need help with an order? Simply want to give us some feedback? We’d love to help and hear what you have to say. If your request is related to an order, please also provide your order number shown at the top of your order confirmation email. We will respond as quickly as possible.

  • What is Maavee's mission?

    Maavee exists to positively impact the world through the pursuit of well-being. We believe that wellness is a personal and evolving journey that lasts a lifetime, which means that your interests and needs continually shift. We aim to make it easy for you to discover the best of wellness along the way. Our team scours the planet for the best wellness products and services for you to discover and explore. And in doing so, we seek to shine a light on the powerful stories of the brands and their creators!

    We also believe that our own well-being is inextricably tied to the world in which we live, so we evaluate our brand partners to ensure that they are committed to good – good to the planet, good for society, and good for you. Said differently, we want your money to be well-spent – on your well-being and with brands doing good in the world.   • How do I decide which brands will be made available in the marketplace?

    We have created the Maavee “For Good” methodology for evaluating our brand partners across three main areas:

    • Environment: How is the brand making strides to protect our planet?
    • Society: How is the brand contributing to a diverse and inclusive society?
    • Consumer: How do the brand’s products or services support human well-being?

    Across these three areas, there are 13 criteria upon which our team scores the brand. We collect information, ask clarifying questions, seek evidence, and document the outcomes. If a brand meets our scoring thresholds, we invite them to offer their products and services in the Maavee marketplace. So, you are able to discover amazing brands as a result of this collaborative work!

  • Can I recommend great brands that should be included in the Maavee marketplace?

    ABSOLUTELY! We truly believe in the power of the collective and that includes you, our customers. We invite you to help us to grow and evolve our offering and to positively impact the world through the pursuit of well-being…together! Simply send a note to the team at brands@maaveegoods.com. Be sure to let us know that you are a customer interested in referring a brand. If you know the brand well, you can even direct them to inquire here. Just remember, they need to pass our “for good” screening. We will be sure to let you know if we invite them to be part of the Maavee family. Thanks in advance for your recommendations.

  • Does Maavee ship outside the United States?

    At the moment, we do not ship products outside of the U.S.A., but it is certainly in our future plans. A couple of things to know:

    • Most digital services (items that are accessible digitally and do not physically ship) are available for purchase at this time.
    • Please join our mailing list and we will be sure to let you know as soon as our products are available to ship outside the U.S.A.
  • What is Maavee's shipping policy?

    All products ship directly from our brand partners. Certain products may not ship to all 50 states depending on state restrictions and/or limitations of our brand partners. Any such restrictions will be highlighted within the product details. Maavee brand partners endeavor to ship all items within two business days of your order. Please note if your order contains items from different brands, you will receive a separate shipment from each brand partner. All orders will be sent via standard shipping with timelines that may vary by brand partner. Your tracking information will be accessible in the order history section of your account (if you created an account and did not complete the purchase as a “guest”). At this time, shipments cannot be expedited, although we are working on various shipping options in the future!

  • Does Maavee charge shipping fees?

    You will be charged for shipping as follows:

    •       Flat rate of $5.95 for all orders less than $75.00*
    •       Free shipping on all orders of $75.00 and greater*

    *Note: the threshold is exclusive of tax and any other applicable fees.

  • How do I return products purchased through Maavee?

    Unless otherwise noted, returns are allowed within 30 calendar days for any reason unless otherwise noted. To initiate a return, simply send a message to the Maavee Member Services Team at help@maaveegoods.com. Be sure to provide your order number and the specific reason for your return. Once approved, we will provide a return authorization and instructions. You will be responsible for shipping the product(s) per the instructions provided and for any shipping costs unless the product is deemed defective.

    IMPORTANT: Certain items such as ingestible products may not be returned unless damaged upon receipt.

  • Can I cancel digital services purchased through Maavee?

    Currently all digital services are one-time purchases for a fixed term (e.g., one month, six months, one year, etc.). These purchases will need to be manually renewed by you, and Maavee will be sure to notify you in advance of the quick actions to take to renew the service. Don’t worry, we will soon release subscription options that will automatically renew until canceled! Regardless, all digital services may not be canceled and will remain valid until the expiration date of the service purchased.

  • Do you store my credit card information?

    ABSOLUTELY NOT! You will be required to enter your credit card information each time you checkout. Of course, if you use the auto-fill feature of your browser, you will be able to leverage that feature to populate the details required at checkout.
