For targeted, on-the-go treatment, Bed of Nails made a mobile version of the beloved BON ECO Mat. Smaller than a pair of tube socks, you can bring your 100% organic linen strap everywhere. Easily ties around any body part or can be draped over soft surfaces.

Composed of 1,848 precision Acupressure Nails (44 x "42-nails" acupressure plates) made of 100% Non-Toxic Recyclable HIPS plastic secured to the linen fabric with a melting process rather than environmentally-damaging glue, and covered in 100% organic linen fabric.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

Use your Bed of Nails when needed, preferably daily for 10 to 20 minutes, or as long as you desire. As a new user it might be better to lie for a shorter period of time, until the body gets used to the nails. It is completely harmless to lie for a longer period of time or even to fall asleep on it. Everyone is different, so it is key that you find the best way to use your BON.
