I love the Child Mind Institute because they understand that mental health care starts when you’re young. We’ve all known someone who has struggled with some type of mental health concern, and intercepting this at a young age to teach the right skills and tools to subsist and persist is such an important factor. They have assembled a team of all different backgrounds and cultures, solely focused on children’s mental health. Each child’s care does not get lost in the crowd, and every plan is completely personalized and continually optimized to make sure each child is getting the best and right care for them as an individual. Not only do they provide solicitude and care to the children that need it, but they also understand that education is a huge part of the battle. They run incredible school & community programs that have reached over 140k students, educators, and counselors, to help build the capacity for compassion and care in institutions all over.
