INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

Use the Tucketts Foot Massage Ball to release tightness and stimulate circulation by rolling the ball back and forth along the sole of your foot, from your heels to your toes. Apply pressure to areas that feel tight and hold for 10 sec.
Gently massage Tucketts Detoxifying Foot Scrub onto feet in a circular motion. Rinse with warm water or a warm towel. For higher impact, soak your feet in lukewarm water before use.
Apply a small quantity of Tucketts Soothing Foot Spa Moisturizer to your feet. Massage in circular motions from heel to toe.
Wear the Toe Separators for as little as 10 minutes a day to help realign your bones and improve foot mobility.
