With an intentional focus on form, and modifications or progressions for every exercise to meet you exactly where you’re at, this is perfect for the client who wants to move stronger and smarter in ways that challenge them but still feel good with whatever they have access to.

Choose the 30-minute session if you're someone with a busy schedule! It is a shortened version of the 60 minute session with the possibility for a much more specific focus. Whether that focus be rebuilding core strength after pregnancy, increasing hip mobility, alleviating back pain, mastering an olympic lift or skill etc. This session is for the client who needs intentional time just for them, whether that be on something specific or a quick 30 minute full body workout.

Bianca Paige Fit

Bianca Paige is a personal trainer and group fitness instructor with a mission to Aspire to Inspire. As a trainer, she prides herself in providing the positive push and tough love all clients need. She wants you to accomplish what you want and feel damn good about that. After teaching Music Therapy to adults with Cerebral Palsy and Down Syndrome, she realized that to inspire and impact change was her true passion, and her purpose was to change lives through fitness. Bianca was a group fitness instructor at the non-profit Shape Up NYC, which brings free fitness to community spaces all over New York, was a daily content creator at WW around behavior changing through food, activity, sleep, and mindset, and still successfully runs her own independent private training business. She has been certified by many established institutions including but not limited to, NASM, AFAA, TRX, ISCA, and AFSA. Her special skills include but are not limited to functional strength training, jump rope, boxing, kettlebells, weight lifting, athletic sports conditioning, yoga, and pilates.
