When Zak Williams lost his father, Robin Williams, to suicide, his mental health struggles went into overdrive. Along with his wife Olivia, they spent the next two years working with food scientists to discover a formula which allows people to be proactive to handle everyday stressors and life events that take a toll on mental health.
PYM, which stands for Prepare Your Mind, is on a mission to provide safe, natural, and effective mental hygiene products to promote self-care and end the stigma around mental health.

I love PYM because of their powerful messaging and advocating around mental health. Their goal is to help ‘Prepare Your Mind’ to produce the naturally occurring neurotransmitters that help you feel like yourself again. I truly appreciate that they understand every human is different, and that mental health is not always black and white. Their mission to destigmatize something we as a society have all likely faced, is a beautiful and empowering message.
