An all-in-one discreet and compact companion for individuals impacted by cancer to document their journey from beginning to end of treatment. The minimalist and modern journal is designed for cancer patients, their caregivers, and advocates to stay organized through the journey.
Manta Planner has gone through four design iterations, starting with the first prototype from their founder's early days as a cancer patient seeking a tool to organize her treatment and recovery process. Since then, this gratitude planner has undergone revisions spurred by user feedback and input from leading cancer research organizations, advocacy groups, and other stakeholders. The compact and mindful all-in-one companion will help you stay organized, keep track of treatment options, and track and manage symptoms, all while checking in with your emotional state of being. Doubling as a journal, Manta Planner includes sections where you can write about your thoughts, feelings or experiences during treatment.
What to expect inside the planner:
- Planning Section: Questions to ask your doctor, frameworks on making decisions around treatment, activities to support symptoms and nutrition, nudges to help heal through treatment, "Your Space" pages for thoughts and reflections.
- Notes and Research Section: Pre-appointment, at-appointment, and post-appointment note-taking templates.
- Daily Check-In Section: Gratitude and hope journal, sleep tracker, symptom tracker, medication and nutrition tracker
