GMO Free, corn based infuser bag in aluminum foil overwrap. Codonopsis Root, Anamarrhena Root, Sichuan Lovage Root, Ashwagandha, Lemon Myrtle, Jujube Seed, Holy Basil, Passionflower, Lemon Balm, Chinese Licorice Root, Poria Mushroom, Lemon Verbena, Lemongrass

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

1) Using tear guide, open the Good Pharma pack
2) Grab the upper corner of infuser bag and tear across the top, along the perforated black line
3) Hook the infuser on the rim of your cup with the paper clips
4) Pour 12 oz. of boiling water over opened infuser bag
5) Steep for 5 minutes, then stir to activate Extracts
6) Remove infuser and enjoy
