The Sessions 
60 Minute Session: You and your Seeking BFF will assess what’s going on in your life — and what would be the right next step within the wellness + spiritual world. When you're done, your Seeking BFF will send you "Your Soul Brief" which will be a customized  recommendation and any other guidance that would be helpful for you on your journey.

The Deliverable - “Your Soul Brief” which includes: Your Seeking BFF’s recommendation on what you need to know and do now to begin to understand who you are, why you may be stuck and what you need to move forward, one trusted Seeking Center practitioner session recommendations chosen specifically for you and your journey, guidance and practices to integrate into your every day, and trusted product recommendations.

Robyn Miller Brecker: Prior to Seeking Center, Robyn worked with Oprah Winfrey for 20 years, collaborating with some of the most brilliant thought leaders of our time, to create experiences and programming transforming millions of lives. After a series of spiritual synchronicities in 2019, Robyn’s life was forever changed and she became an Intuitive + Spiritual Coach assisting people on their healing and transformational journeys. Robyn is committed to helping people connect with their mind, body and spirit. In addition to working with people one-on-one, she is creating programming to educate, engage and inspire the masses to live their most fulfilled and healthy lives. She is co-founder of Seeking Center, and co-host of Seeking Center: The Podcast.

Karen Loenser: Karen is an award-winning television producer and digital platform innovator who helped shape content development and strategy for Warner Brothers Discovery, Discovery+ and AT&T. She is also the author of “LifeMapping: Decoding the Blueprint of your Soul,” based on a process she developed and used herself to help redefine her life’s purpose. Karen has adapted “Lifemapping” into 1:1 coaching sessions that can assist people to understand and redefine the key milestones in their lives and use them to learn, grow and transform. Karen grew up in a “metaphysically infused” household, with a mother and grandmother who were early seekers into astrology, past life regression, holistic nutrition and new age philosophy. These modalities became both lifesavers and teachers as she navigated divorce, single motherhood, her son’s cancer diagnosis and her sister's suicide. It was through these experiences that Karen was able to understand what she’s here to learn and how she could support others on their journey toward living their most fulfilled and healthy lives.
