Sessions will be tailored to what clients need in the moment and may incorporate various modalities depending on what will best support them. These 45-60 minute Intuitive Energy Healing Sessions may incorporate reiki, breathwork, clairvoyant insight and guidance, chakra balancing, crystal placement, guided meditation, and any tool intuitively guided during the session.
The sessions support the movement/shifting of stagnant energy and stress, connecting more deeply to one’s inner self, and releasing stress, anxiety, grief, fear, tension in the body (physically and energetically), while also calming the nervous system.
Energy rituals + tools / homework will also be shared after each session to sustain a practice at home, further supporting and harmonizing stress and energy. Clients may request to focus exclusively on Breathwork as well in these sessions if preferred.

-Please note that if you purchase the 6 Session Packagae, they must all be used within 4 months of payment received and any unused sessions will be forfeited after the expiration date.
