Geometry is their answer for everything and has two fan favorite coffees—a washed processed Ethiopian & Colombian. This blend has become an all time favorite. It’s perfect as a filter coffee or an espresso.

Flavor Profile:

Blueberry, lemon, tea. With this blend, the Colombian gives a syrupy, clean, fermented fruit flavor. It shows itself upfront and in the finish. Next, the washed Ethiopian is added for more fruit and complexity.

PACKAGING

Mailers: 10oz and 2lb are certified home compostable, made from a number of renewable plant-based materials and bio-polymers.
Boxes: 10oz are made from unbleached, uncoated paperboard, which are easily recyclable. Boxes come from WestRock, which gathers recycled materials, processes and repurposes the fiber, and creates new boxes with it.
Bags: 10oz, 2lb, and 5lb utilize Biotre 2.0 packaging which is made from 60% compostable and renewable film layers.

What sets them apart on top of this is their true commitment to both the environment and society as a whole. They only source beans from sustainable and transparent farms that utilize eco-friendly fermentation and production processes, their roastery is powered by solar technology, and the packaging is fully biodegradable (not to mention absolutely stunning.) Something unique about Onyx Coffee Lab is their take on Fair Trade. Fair Trade guarantees producers a certain amount per pound of coffee - Onyx pays double this, and often 3-5 times more. They have also started an initiative called “Starts with Soil” which provides money back to farmers in the form of agricultural support. How could you not love them?!
